HR Specialist Operations

Roles and responsibilities
Work to provide all human resources services, including vacations, salary payments, attendance and leave, and other human resources procedures)
Supervising recruitment and recruitment from announcing jobs to selecting employees who meet the conditions and starting work with procedures for receiving the new employee and evaluating the trial period.
Work on evaluating the performance of employees according to the performance evaluation policy and supervising the evaluation process with the participation of managers
Work on laying out the stages of the career and training path for each employee
Measuring employee satisfaction.
Achieving targeted sales volume and value through modern sales channels.
Managing the relationship with the partner from signing the contract and collecting it to the renewal or expiration of the contract.
Expand and maintain your customer base.
Follow-up collection with work and ensure that there are no amounts due
Preparing daily / monthly / annual reports on the performance and activities of the automated work.
Reach out and reactivate inactive clients to ensure expansion and profitability.
Expanding the customer base by searching for new customers through a field survey.
Building and maintaining fruitful long-term relationships with clients through regular visits, follow-up and exceptional customer service.
Spreading all new product developments across customers, to ensure sales are achieved.
Schedules for joint sessions with the company’s specialists and clients are set to present the company’s services, take their notes, and gain their satisfaction.
Follow-up and review of the implementation of contracts and ensure the agreed dates in order to achieve the highest levels of quality services and gain customer satisfaction.
Participate in periodic meetings to keep you updated with job satisfaction and achieve all their requirements.
Initiate ideas and proposals for business development
Performing any tasks requested by the line manager at work
Qualifications and educational requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or in marketing.
Previous experience in the field of human resources or sales.
Has background and information in sales, branding or human resources.
Preferred skills
Skill in communication
Good command of the English language.
Proficiency in the use of office programs, especially Excel
Communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
