Job Summary:
The Safety and Security Officer is responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance activities in the hall to ensure work quality and place safety. This role includes assessing the hall’s condition before and after work, evaluating damages, determining the type and quality of tools used by external contractors, and supervising electrical and maintenance works. The aim is to ensure all activities are carried out to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Job Duties:
1. Monitoring Installation Work
– Oversee all installation processes in the hall to ensure they meet the required specifications and standards.
– Ensure the safety and quality of work performed by contractors.
2. Quality Control
– Monitor installation and maintenance activities to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
– Provide regular reports on the quality of completed work.
3. Assessing the Hall’s Condition
– Evaluate the hall’s condition before and after work to identify any damages or issues.
– Document the hall’s condition and provide detailed reports to management.
4. Damage Assessment
– Assess damages resulting from installation or maintenance activities.
– Provide recommendations on necessary actions to repair damages and mitigate future risks.
5. Determining Tool Quality
– Monitor and evaluate the type and quality of tools and equipment used by external contractors.
– Ensure the use of appropriate and safe tools for the job.
6. Supervising Electrical Work
– Oversee all electrical work carried out in the hall to ensure it is done safely and correctly.
– Ensure electrical work complies with technical standards and specifications.
7. Supervising Maintenance Work
– Organize and monitor all routine maintenance and repairs in the hall.
– Coordinate with different teams to ensure maintenance work is performed effectively.
