Director of the Administrative Affairs Department

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing administrative operations, ensuring the efficient management of resources, and maintaining organizational compliance with policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative activities and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and facility management.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor the administrative team.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative tools and software.
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
