Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the organization’s compliance with all laws, regulations, and internal policies, as well as implementing and updating compliance procedures and providing guidance to management on regulatory issues.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Review and Update Compliance Policies: Develop and update compliance policies and procedures in line with new laws and regulations.
- Monitor Compliance: Ensure all organizational activities align with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide Legal Advice: Offer guidance to management on regulatory and compliance issues.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks related to non-compliance and develop mitigation plans.
- Regulatory Communication: Interact with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of necessary reports.
- Conduct Training: Organize training sessions for employees on compliance policies and new laws.
- Internal Audits: Perform internal audits to review compliance and report findings to senior management.
- Handle Investigations: Oversee internal investigations related to compliance issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Analyze Organizational Performance: Monitor the organization’s compliance performance and provide periodic reports to management.
- Quality Standards: Ensure all compliance activities meet the organization’s approved quality standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of practical experience in compliance or law.
- English Language: Intermediate level.
- Certification: Certified Compliance Professional or equivalent.
