Job Summary
Responsible for executing procurement processes and ensuring the acquisition of required materials and services at the best prices and quality. Also responsible for building relationships with suppliers, managing contracts, and handling the allocated procurement budget.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute Procurement Processes: Carry out procurement activities to meet the organization’s needs for materials and services.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Quality Monitoring: Ensure that all received materials and services meet the required standards and quality.
- Contract Preparation: Prepare and review contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
- Inventory Monitoring: Collaborate with inventory management to ensure the timely availability of necessary materials.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the procurement budget and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on procurement and supplier performance and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with the organization’s internal policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of practical experience in procurement.
- English Language: Advanced level.
- Certification: Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or equivalent.
