Responsible for managing and directing all aspects of information technology within the organization, including infrastructure development, systems and network management, and ensuring technology aligns with the organization’s strategic goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Development: Design and implement a robust IT infrastructure that meets the organization’s needs.
- Systems and Network Management: Oversee the management and maintenance of systems and networks to ensure service availability and stability.
- Cybersecurity Management: Ensure protection of systems and networks from cyber threats by implementing security standards.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term IT strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
- IT Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects from inception to completion to ensure their success.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate the IT team to achieve optimal performance.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all technical operations comply with internal policies and legal regulations.
- Performance Improvement: Provide recommendations to improve technical performance and increase system efficiency.
- External Communication: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure the availability of modern and suitable technology.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10 years of practical experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- English Language: Advanced level.
- Certification: IT Management certification or equivalent (e.g., ITIL, PMP).
