Legal Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for providing legal advice to management, reviewing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and representing the organization in legal matters.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide Legal Advice: Offer legal counsel to management on various issues and procedures.
  • Contract Review: Review and draft contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with laws and protect the organization’s interests.
  • Manage Legal Cases: Represent the organization in legal disputes and cases before courts and official bodies.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all organizational activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare Legal Documents: Draft and prepare necessary legal documents for handling cases and contracts.
  • External Coordination: Coordinate with external lawyers and legal consultants to ensure the provision of necessary legal services.
  • Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
  • Legal Risk Management: Identify and assess potential legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
  • Training and Awareness: Organize training sessions for employees on applicable laws, regulations, and best legal practices.
  • Legal Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on the organization’s legal status and recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law or Sharia.
  • Experience: 5 years of practical experience in the legal field or legal consulting.
  • English Language: Intermediate level.
  • Certification: License to practice law or equivalent.
