About the Role:
As a Recruiter-Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding new talent to our company. You’ll be the face of our recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all candidates and new hires.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit.
- Preparing job offers and contracts.
- Scheduling interviews
Onboarding Excellence:
- Lead the onboarding process, making new hires feel welcomed and informed.
- Prepare and deliver orientation sessions, covering company policies and culture.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, guiding them through their initial days.
- Using the ERP system to add employees to the system and verify their information, in addition to archiving files to the system>
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide hiring solutions.
- Assist in developing training materials and onboarding programs.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment activities.
What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:
- Diploma Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English proficiency with certification is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
